I want to export some video with high-speed playback but the options are greyed out under convert/export. The help file doesn't even mention these options either. What am I doing wrong here? I've tried selecting different options and nothing is unlocking them.

I noticed that BI is limiting my FPS while viewing in Android. I max out at 5 fps in all cameras view and 15 fps in single camera view even though my cameras are all configured to 20 fps. Is there anywhere to change this setting that I'm missing? I've been over everything and I don't get it why...

Is anyone out there running SmartPSS 2.0 w/PC-NVR on Server 2016? I can get it to install fine but it fails to start. When running the application it doesn't do anything. No errors, no event log clues, nothing. As a test I installed in on my Windows 10 workstation and it runs fine on that.
