[tool] [tutorial] Free AI Person Detection for Blue Iris

I just noticed that my cancel url is now causing unauthorized errors. This is what I had. http://localhost:80/admin?camera=edrive&user=aiinput&pw=vip3r123$flagalert=0&memo=[Summary] So I changed localhost to 127.0.0.1 and now it works. Weird since localhost works for the trigger url.

I don't believe the memo tag will cause this problem but I will change to what you have and see what happens. Thanks. Also, I don't see the trigger command in either of your urls

Still getting irrelevant triggers in BI's alert list. I removed the additional trigger line but also still have 2 external triggers in the BI alert list. Do I need to restart aitools?

Thanks. I'll give that a try. The (Cancelled) for the memo was something I saw in another post. I'll change it to [Summary] and see what happens. In the log file I saw this when the cancel url was called. Date Func Detail Level Source AIServer Camera Image Idx Depth...

I just upgraded to the vorlonCD version released on 10/30/2020. I was using gp's 1.65 version so I had cloned cameras. I've removed the clones and got things working with single cams but I'm seeing alerts in BI for irrelevant hits. I spent yesterday reading every post since the vorlonCD release...

New BI App won't connect local

Well, I might have just stumbled upon my problem. I'll have to check when I get home tonight. For whatever reason, looks like my phones IP on my home network got banned but BI. Have no idea why this would have happened, but I cleared the IP and I will check when I get home. Now I feel stupid...

New BI App won't connect local

I was browsing through that thread but haven't come across my problem yet. Going to go back and read more to see if I find something related. Just wanted to throw this out there in case someone else came across the same problem. Guess I'll email support to make them aware. THanks.

New BI App won't connect local

I'm running the latest new android app, v3.0.17, and it won't connect locally when I'm connected to my home wifi. The previous old version worked fine. I am using a wireguard vpn which is only active when I'm not connected to my home wifi. I have my local ip set for both lan and wan in the app...

iOS app won't connect over WAN

Thanks. I was thinking that but this confirms it. I'll get BI upgraded. Been meaning to do it but has always been pushed back for higher priority stuff.

iOS app won't connect over WAN

I have a user with the iOS app on his iPhone that won't connect via the WAN. It will however connect when on the local Wifi. I verified the wan settings and they are the same as I use on my android app which works fine. I also checked and the iPhone can connect over the wan if using a browser...

run as a windows srvc / service login Problem

Here's my way around having to have a password. I created a password for the local user account and used that to create the blueiris service. I then edited the service to use the local system account and started the service. I then removed the local user account's password. Did a reboot and...

What if the windows user account doesn't have a password? Would I have to create one now?

[tool] [tutorial] Free AI Person Detection for Blue Iris

Try starting the DeepQuestAI server on a different port. Since your BI is using port 81, and port 80 isn't working for the AI, try port 82. I've seen stock installs of Win10 use port 80. I discovered that when my BI wouldn't run on port 80. I don't remember the service it was, but I had to...

    BI5, Android app and openvpn

When I upgraded from BI4 to BI5 my webserver port switch to 81. I ran BI4 on port 80. Maybe check your port? I also had to allow BI5 through my firewall.

    Turn off triggers via MQTT

I don't know if you can use MQTT as I don't think BI can subscribe to a MQTT topic. You can however use HA and the shell command integration to run a curl command to change a profile. Then you can setup a profile in BI that doesn't have any triggers enabled. I have 2 schedules and 4 profiles...

    Copy Profiles in BI5

I emailed support about this a few days ago and just received a response from Ken. What he says actually works. Here is his response. ------ If the synchronization feature is not exactly what you are looking for, it does in fact "copy" settings when it's used. Set the sync to clone from...

Add me to the list of successful installs. I have it up and running on my BI5 install running on Win10Pro. Only have it setup for one camera at the moment but so far so good. I did follow the tutorial but had some questions. During the part (1.2) to get deepstack server running, it says to...

    4 in 1 IP Cameras

Thanks, this definitely could work. We would just have to mount an outdoor rated box on the pole which should be possible. Thanks to all of you. This gives me options and direction.

    4 in 1 IP Cameras

Don't actually have a budget per say because the cost of these cameras is an unknown at the moment. Need to know what I'm looking at so I can bring the costs to the owner. The main problem with the current cameras is resolution and night vision. These cameras don't have much in the way of...

    4 in 1 IP Cameras

At work we have these crappy Arecont Vision cameras that are actually 4 separate cameras in one. There is only one network feed and I can access each camera by defining cam 1 through 4. Each camera is a 3mp lens that can be aimed separately from the others. Actually sort of neat. My question...

Default Blue Iris web interface discussion

Just to throw it out there, I still prefer the line listing of alerts on the original BI web interface. While the live image view of UI2 is neat, I personally would like the choice to show a list or images. Maybe even a combination of both. Maybe show an image of the latest alert image from each...

    4.2.8 - January 7, 2016 - Hardware Acceleration

Update to my system freezing up problem. Since I update the intel drivers to the latest from intel and now running 4.2.8.5, it has been running for almost 48 hors and no lockups or crashes. While either the driver or the BI version update may have solved the locking up problem, I'm not seeing...

    4.2.8 - January 7, 2016 - Hardware Acceleration

I had hardware acceleration enabled on 4.2.8.2 but my system locked up after 12 or so hours. I'm running a freshly built i7-4790 with windows 10 64bit. Also BI is 64bit. I'm running BI as a service. I also didn't see any cpu usage improvements so I disabled acceleration and installed the latest...

Anyone using tablets as monitors around the house?

Not the best resolution but the kindle fire 7" tablet is only $50 and amazon has a 6-pack. Buy 5 and get the 6th free. I thought about getting a 6-pack for my home automation as control panels but could be used for camera monitors also.
