I'm getting an error anytime I try to write the check.img or sign.img files. Still stuck in boot loop on SD-49225-HN. I have tried a 2018 and 2021 firmware file. I am successfully serving over tftp and writing all the other files but it dies at the end. states in console "0mdo not find...

    camera border

I got this sorted out. I am on latest v5 . What I had to do was enable edit layout and choose each camera group, right click disable border, disabled show names. Then on aspect choose scale to fill for a camera then right click and copy to all. So it seems the view settings are specific to groups

    camera border

I run console to a TV, I have camera groups that auto cycle in sets of 4, prior to the latest version, when in full screen, auto-cycling groups of 4 there were no borders just a 2x2 grid of 1080p cameras output on the 4k display at 4k. Now, each camera is in a box with title bar and such. This...

    4k preview/live view - high cpu

So I have determined that after a reboot, scaling up the display, even to only 125%, and back down to 100%, resolves the issue. Im not sure what is causing this, im sure windows is attempting to interfere in some fashion but as of right now, with 2 web streams remotely, and the local console...

    4k preview/live view - high cpu

I have a 10 cams running 1080p @15fps d2d, intel only, continuous recording to 2x 8TB purples. The box is i7-8700k, 16GB RAM. Running headless or no display im at 10-12% cpu. If I fire the console up for live view on a 4k TV, 4k resolution, CPU runs around 60% with 50% of that being the...

    Review-Dahua IPC-HDBW4231F-E2-M Dual Starlight Cam

looking at this model to replace 2x IPC-HDW4231EM-AS as I really need an extra cam in the coverage area, would this be an upgrade in quality compared to my current model? I have 4 other IPC-HDW5231R-Z so I would be inclined to just pull more cable and mount 2x of these or the newer...

    REALLY N3wb - Marrying NVR + PoE Cam + PSS + PC

you'll still have to import the camera or configure the camera in the NVR. You can install smart PSS if you want to view the feed (main stream or sub stream) directly from the camera rather than through the NVR. Basically you csan set it up so multiple devices (your pc and the NVR) can pick up...

Dahua 2MP 25x Starlight IR PTZ Network Camera (SD49225T-HN)

is it possible that PoE+ is not enough for this cam? It really seems somehow power related because I only have issues at night. Once it flips out and starts rebooting I can shut the port down then wait till daylight and recover it....

Dahua 2MP 25x Starlight IR PTZ Network Camera (SD49225T-HN)

I'm having issues with my camera but only at night...certain presets or multiple uses of the ptz function will cause the camera to enter a reboot loop. I updated the latest firmware (9/5/17) and it seemed to help but did not resolve the issue. I also noticed the camera seemed to be stuck in...

getting off the rails here. we have verified the vpn is good, firewall is ifne because you can connect to the switch. I assume you can connect to the camera from within the local network, I also assume it is on the same network as the switch and the rest of the devices. In order for IP to...

Time as well, drives are cheaper than the time it takes to secure erase. As far as turning machines over the guys re-image and re-use but for systems that are decommissioned this is the policy. I don't want the mechanical drives anyway, they are getting SSD one way or another so it just makes...

policy states drives must be physically destroyed, end of story. I'm not really looking to "sell" a complete system. I'm thinking there is a guy like me out there that can handle putting an ssd in and loading it up. People who need a built machine also need support and warranty, for that I...

Yes I have some 9010 I need to get them out to verify they do in fact have i5-4570 and not i5-3570. Apparently last contract there was a transition period from 9010 to 9020 that saw some 9010 outfitted with the 3570.

    VPN Problems via ASUS Router

I know some devices have an option to allow local subnet or all subnets sort of like a firewall but it's actually an acl. In the network world your vpn subnet is an outside interface and needs to be treated accordingly. What is the exact model switch and camera?
