It sounds like you are saying that I need to turn off MD and SMD. I have a intrusion box drawn on the Deep IVS tab so is that what you are talking about as far as the square in the corner? Should I add another intrusion box other than the one I am using?

Nope, when the SMD is checked I get false positives.

Okay here are my settings: With these settings the auto tracking does not work. If I check the box on the motion detection tab then it auto tracks. I'm testing now to see if checking the SMD allows auto tracking and no false positives using ONVIF.

This is a very common issue and I went to an AI solution (Deepstack) to help with this and it works pretty good. I know there are other AI options now.

I'd say if you can configure an NVR then you shouldn't have any issues installing and configuring BI. Start small. I would not use AI until you are ready. I'd say you can move one camera over and have it working in less than 2 hours.

I have PTZ that gets motion in an area on preset 1 so I used the override zones for that preset but I still get motion alerts all the time. To prevent that I needed to modify the motion zone on the main motion tab. Shouldn't I be able to leave the zone A on the main motion tab alone?
