    Hello, I have contact my dealer. He told me this problem is normall it's also with Hikvision and Axis camera's. Yestherday i have putt the glass off the camera and te problem was solved.

    Hello everybody, Today i installed 2 new Dahua PTZ camera's. I have install SD65F230IA-HC HDCVI ptz. But if i zoom more than 15x the object get a weird line on the top. See attached the picture. Have somebody have a solution or know what the problem is? Greetings!

    After changing somethings in the settings the osd menu doesn't work anymore. Also if i check on the dvr by system, PTZ, control mode than i can only choose serial and not HDCVI. Have somebody a solution for me?

    Hello @mat200 I replace the 4K starlight camera for a 2mp full color starlight camera. That model have a sensitive chip of only 0,0001 lux. If you want a clear nightvision in color choose the new serie off Dahua full color.
