The LAN IP address for my BI PC is 192.168.99.144:81 I *can* successfully load the page and login to both http://192.168.99.144:81 and http:/192.168.99.81/UI3.htm via browsers on my BI PC itself. I can *not* get either of these pages to load using browsers from other laptops/computers/phones...

Update for any future viewers of this thread with similar problems (esp. if running i5-6600 3.30GHz): I did end up rolling back by driver to version 21.20.16.4664 (4/21/2017), and this did solve my problems. My machine now runs consistently at 30% CPU usage. THANK YOU to looney2ns and others.

Thanks, fenderman. I only use BI*. All of my cams had the "Enable pan/tilt/zoom and other controls (focus, brightness, etc)" checked by default in the PTZ/Control tab of the cam's properties. I unchecked this. Hopefully that will remedy the situation.

My main question was: Is it OK to have PoE cameras split across two switches, like the diagram shows (i.e., option # 1), or is there a benefit to having all PoE cameras and the PC BI NVR machine all one one switch (i.e., option #2 or #3)?
