Thank you. I was trying to set via SmartPSS but using the NVR worked.

One of six Dahua cameras not recording. Added this sixth camera and configured settings to match five existing cameras on SmartPSS. Event settings match but no playback records on the newly added camera. Any suggestions?

Advise welcomed! Have six Dahua cameras attached to Dahua NVR. Five were working fine so I recently added sixth camera. It works well in "live view" but nothing records from this camera. I have compared settings from the other cameras to the newly added camera and all seem to be the same...

Taking your excellent advice of referring to cliff notes. But confused about Dahua model numbering system. Some model numbers begin "N" while others begin "IPC-HDW". What is the difference and is there a chart to cross-reference the model numbers? Thanks.
