I played with that when I made this original thread and it didn't help. I emailed Blue Iris maker and he said it didn't do what I was explaining I needed. I can't remember what he said exactly. Unless something has changed since then?

I use a Mobius action camera, it's great, has a wide angle, clear and reads license plates from a good distance. I don't have the capacitor mod, just a regular mobius powered through cig lighter.

Do NOT rename the Blue Iris.Reg file, it will freeze when trying to open the software again. I had a couple revisions and I named one Blue Iris Dec13.Reg and Blue Iris Dec22.Reg and it froze trying to start Blue Iris.

When you are streaming to a box, make sure it's on your local network and not being port forwarded out and back in wasting internet bandwidth from your data.

If you are connecting to a DDNS service, is your NVR hammering the service making it ban you temporarily for too many connections? I wouldn't have it connect mroe than once in a couple hours myself. I think 30 mins is usually the least to prevent being banned, not sure if that is your issue.

Some CCTV camera laws are stupid, not being able to film the street is just out of it to me. I guess we have it made in America in all sorts of ways!

If you don't figure it out automatically, maybe you could use wireshark on it and if it's not encrypted data you can see the data and info to maybe get the streaming information, or maybe a JPEG link.
