sent email about the IPC-T5442T-ZEB on the refurb list (since I missed the white one)
@EMPIRETECANDY what does the 'dual lens' in this camera do? And how does it differ from a single-lens camera?
This looks great. Are there any improvements to this model regarding the alignment of the color/IR images?
I'm looking for a 2.8 mm (wide angle) for use in adark outdoor environment. What would you recommend between this and the 4KCOLOR-X for identifying people (assuming I'll enable the onboard white light)?
different tech, if want full color with LED, the color4k-X is the best of best.

I had a slow response to one of the 'refurbs added' posts, and missed out on a great deal. Instead a obtained a good deal on a new turret.

can work, but have to do some further setting, not easy for newbie.

One of my camera is an old Hikvision mini ptz DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 that I'm also looking for an upgrade if there are nice new mini ptz products as well.
I was happy with it until I installed a Color4K-X and now all other cameras picture look too dark at night for me comparing to it. I think I got spoiled by
the night color picture quality of Color4K-X that is hard to go back to the other cameras. Unless the new cameras have the same capability as the 4K-X.

As usual excellent service from Andy, replacement backplate delivered in 4 days from Hong Kong.
dahua said will do some change on package to make the plate has better protection.
Get some update on the refurbished list, check on 1st page, lots of guys keep asking, but normally we update every 3-4 weeks.
