I always cut IR distances in 1/2 but even at 800 ft regular LEDs aren’t gonna get there

@EMPIRETECANDY does the new self learning firmware for the 5xxx s3 cams still have "animal" as an option to alert? (I assume so if the cat triggered it)
yes, sure can support animals detection, it filter only that cat you don't want to trigger.
That sounds great... continue to alert on the deer, but ignore the racoon or opossum. (without trying to set minimum size, which is hard since it's relative to distance). A big deal (if I can figure it out!)
