Did you get to see the camera testing area at the gate?
Ever seen the testing entrance gate area in Dahua product videos?
From Instagram I have found what appears to be the camera setup in question. Wow that's a mess of cables and sooo many cameras!
Some cameras look to be duct taped to each other.

The one i went is the latest new 2 building, the videos now only for the RD center, have more than 5K engineers at that place. So the video they test always at the old buildings.
This model actually have more udpate earlier than those -XI ones, it's not EOL, just different produt line.

What's the update with the new 1/1.2cmos Super PTZ at Q2.
I think June we will see more details, start to sell at July.
Nope. That is their current workhorse and the S3 represents a big improvement over the original.
They may add a speaker to it, but don't expect a true new model.
Okay, I see. I'm thinking about replacing my IPC-HFW5442H-ZHE Bullet because I can't get it positioned correctly on my roofline. And the Tioc cameras only come with a Vario Zoom, right?
As of right now the TIOC cameras are only fixed lens. Word is they may come out varifocal.

The 5442H-ZHE is possibly the best 5442 model, it can be adjusted to point just about anywhere, and if by “vario zoom” you mean variable, TIOC don’t zoom any differently than the 5442 fixed lens models

It cannot be adjusted any further to the left or upwards. Or am I just too stupid for that?
