If you are NOT carrying with one in the chamber, you are NOT carrying a loaded firearm.
If that is how you carry, then why?
If you are not confident enough in your ability to safely handle a loaded firearm, then you should not be carrying one at all.

We are now at TWENTY NINE STATES that have Constitutional Carry.
Not far from where I live and we do go to restaurants in this area. Do not know the outcome.

Most folks dont realize you can concealed carry in many/most states into a Bank, but not the Post Office
