As of about an hour ago (after having no issues for about 2 weeks) my blueiris software live view has a delay of 5 seconds.
Observations:
OS: Windows 10 x64 Pro
Camera: HIKVISION DS-2CD2385FWD-I
BlueIris Version: 4.8.6.3 x64
What I tried:
Is there a system log in BlueIris? The "messages" log isn't very helpful.
Observations:
- The blueiris web (ui3) live view has no delay (thankfully)
- Viewing the camera directly has no delays (via hikvision web client)
- CPU usage is 13-15%
- RAM usage is about 750mb
- When it occurred nothing had changed on the Server. The only thing I was doing on the server at the time was deleting some alert videos in BlueIris
- I access the server via a wired connection on a gigabit network through RDP (with performance set to LAN)

- Restart Camera
- Restart Server
- Turn off OSD in BlueIris
- Turn on OSD on Camera (this reduced the CPU usage, but no change on Live Feed)
