Amcrest PTZ camera IP4M-1053 flash to Dahua

I have an Amcrest IP4M-1053E PTZ camera 12x zoom. I think from the specs it is a clone of
Dahua SD49412T-HN. It comes with firmware:Amcrest_SD-Mao-Rhea_Eng_N_Stream3_AMCREST_V2.422.AC02.0.R.20180706.bin

I tried using the web interface to upgrade to Dahua firmware for the 49412. Confusing as it comes in two versions:
DH_SD-Mao-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_IVS_V2.623.0000000.7.R.181124.bin
and
DH_SD-Mao-Rhea_MultiLang_NP_Stream3_IVS_V2.623.0000000.7.R.181124.bin

None of these work. Why are there even two versions? What do 'PN' and 'NP' even mean? Did I misidentify the Dahua equivalent camera? or is the hardware different? Or are Amcrest not cross-flashable from the web UI? Is 2.623 a lot beter than 2.422? If not I will just accept it the way it is. I would like to get h.265 working on Milestone Express+ from this cam (Onvif).

do you think I identified this camera as the correct Dahua? I only see one Dahua PTZ 4MP POE cam with 12x zoom, SD49412T-HN.

So far, despite owning Express+, I've only gotten this camera to work using H.264 not H.265 in Milestone. I use Onvif driver. I hope upgrading from Amcrest 2.422 to Dahua 2.623 will help get it to work. Anyone who can help me figure out cross-flash? Thanks.

I was able to ssh into this Amcrest IP4M-1053E and the hardware id from the gethwid command is:
[Systools]: Build on Mar 8 2017 at 02:56:33.
[Systools]:SVN NUM: 36182.
hwidValue == CA-HZ4012T-S2
I hope someone can tell me whether it can be flashed to a Dahua. This hwid matches DAHUA SD49412T-HN.

PS: I was able to get it done via TFTP from the unbricking guide. Went from Amcrest firmware to a V2.4 (unsigned) Dahua firmware and then upgraded via Web UI to 2.623. And ... H.265 is now working in Milestone XProtect using this camera. The model number is still showing as an Amcrest model number, does anyone know how to reset that? Not a biggie as it does not appear to affect anything.

P = PAL
N = NTSC
First letter designates the default
