No it shouldn't as that shouldn't have AcuPick capabilities.

OK try this.

Turn off Acupick and then restart the camera and then see if Acupick stays off and then lets you turn on IVS.
Ok doing this ...

That seems to work ...

I don't need the video Metadata enable either?

And much thanks!

I tried intrusion first and no trigger on video timeline in NVR then I tried trip wire .. still no trigger on video timeline so I watch the video while a friend walk around and it not flashing red or anything even when he enter the intrusion box or cross the trip wire..

I am sure I missed a setting somwhere .. The new GUI is really confusing compare to the old one .. I did make sure on NVR to mark all detection or trip under camera chanell 24/7 setting but still seeing nothing mark when I search for any triggers in NVR.

Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Also, is there a way to make drawing video box bigger when drawing a rule in it?

Awesome!

Just need IVS.
Would you take a look at my previous thread? I am scratching my head on this one. He did get a notificaiton once saying Motion Detected: Human but it still not marking the search playback video timelime with colored bars. Thw older cameras flags it fine in timebar.

Did You selected in Storage->schedule for this camera/channel General + Motion + Intelligent/IVS for all hours/days?

Something like:

Yes I did that part the other day. Also, there another setting where I need to check radio button dots so I did that part too. One where we select which camera resolution to record and snapshots.

Do I need to set min and max size after drawing the rule?

When using AI with IVS it is best to leave min and max as 0 and let AI do its thing. Only add numbers if getting too many false triggers.

Yes...

1. go to AI -> AI search -> IVS, select channel / camera and click search...
You should see here thumbnails with IVS events, clickable to videos...

2. go to SEARCH, select channel / camera and You should see clickable blue marks on timeline...

if both works ok, then everything is setup ok... if not - something missing...

I didn't mess with it so I left it alone ...
