No it shouldn't as that shouldn't have AcuPick capabilities.
OK try this.
Turn off Acupick and then restart the camera and then see if Acupick stays off and then lets you turn on IVS.

When using AI with IVS it is best to leave min and max as 0 and let AI do its thing. Only add numbers if getting too many false triggers.
Yes...
1. go to AI -> AI search -> IVS, select channel / camera and click search...
You should see here thumbnails with IVS events, clickable to videos...
2. go to SEARCH, select channel / camera and You should see clickable blue marks on timeline...
if both works ok, then everything is setup ok... if not - something missing...
