Api "attach" call doesn't work

Hello, I'm spending many days looking for a solution, but without luck.
I'd like to use a script that use an api call to control the cameras state: it uses this link

http://localip.address/cgi-bin/eventManager.cgi?action=attach&channel=0&codes=[VideoMotion,CrossLineDetection]​

When I use this link in a browser, the browser load, and load, and load, but it will never print a text. I tried in a lot of different links, with or without the "&channel=0", with one or more event code, etc... but nothing to do. I have a Dahua NVR with many Dahua PoE cameras.

IVS events are correctly working with email alerts and VideoMotion works with this link:

The only problem I have is the only one I need Anyone could help me please?

Because you should attach this link to a script that will read it continously and get events as they arrive in timeline. As "attach" command says....
