Accesses Ip cam in Internet Explorer with the password of admin and there you can do firmware updates.
Attention if firmware is not good, ip cam can be brick.

CMOS IMX222 and IMX322 does not matter Upgrade file . Upgrade only to upgrade the ROM chip. Chip must be S2L, models must ( YC-110AR, YC-110AR-AU,YC-HD785R-20X,YC-HD785R-20XA) . Upgrade recommendations directly connected to the computer upgrade. Network can not be interrupted.

My model name doesn't show up in the batch tool or in the IE configuration. Batch tool does state the Chip as Am_S2Lm. I bought this one

I was able to update but Auto tracking functionality still doesn't show up.
I'm out of town, so I can't post details.

Hello,
I met the same problem, but I solved him by disconnecting the camera then to delete the plug- in under Internet Explorer and
I have him to reinstall, and the icon of the auto tracking is reappeared.

Now I'm home.
Here are my settings (notice that the model field is blank):

The model field was blank before updating as well and is also blank when entering with telnet.
Here is how my PTZ looks like.

Maybe @YUNCHCCTV may help?

I would suggest using a computer that is hardlined to the router and not over wifi when updating
