What exactly does the "rtsp time sync" option do?

One of my cameras is a reolink 410 4mp. I saw the thread on direct to disc recording. I don't see the iframe setting so I don't think I have it on this camera. I enabled the timestamp through the web interface since that was suggested, anything else I should do besides the pre-trigger settings? I figure that will be a bit easier on the cpu.

I read somewhere that the log in for BI should be the same as the log in for cameras, that is not the case is it fenderman?
Not at all.. As far as I frames it may be called something else post the page with the fps settings.

It has Stream type which can be clear or fluent
Resolution (set at 720P)
Frame rate (30)
Maximum bitrate (512)
H.264 profile (Main)

that's it, also, if you use stunnel, will it work with the client app?
