well that could explain your problem...blue iris cannot move it while its still writing....if you have a few cams like this then it adds up...set combine an cut to 4gb...

Based on the log file, it does move files, sometimes.

So, on a slightly different note, earlier I did a repair / regenerate database and about 5 flagged/protected clips no longer appear in the clip list. I thought they would have stuck around??
