same problem. no solutioni uprade to new firmware and now nvr is in loop every 15 seconds i just see like this on pic ..anyone can help how i can downgrade to get my nvr working again
same problem. no solution
If your NVR is NVR5XXX-4KS2 , I'd suggest to use the DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.000.0000001.0.R.20190930.bin, the 1.1 and 1.2 versions seem pretty buggy
Does the 4.0 firmware mark the IVS event in the NVR timeline when searching like it does in previous FW editions ??
I just set one up and it does not seem to show up in the timeline. It is selected in the search options.
The AI search shows the IVS event clips but no IVS line where the event took place..
Same problem. I made an upgrade from 3.2.16 version I have a NVR DHI-NVR5832-4KS (V2.0)same problem. no solution

yes, the substream is available from the web UI, also available from the SmartPSS desktop (Windows) and mobile (Android OS) versions.@van313371 Are you able to get the sub-strems, via NVR web UI, or via SmartPSS, with V4.000.0000001.2.R.20191101 firmware ?
I have 3 NVRs. Model DHI-NVR5864-4KS2. one of them has a hardware version v1.0, and the other two have a hardware version v2.0
First updated NVR with hardware version v1.0
from 3.215 to V3.216.0000006.0.R.20190223 - OK
from V3.216.0000006.0.R.20190223 to V4.000.0000000.1.R.20190809 - OK
from V4.000.0000000.1.R.20190809 to V4.000.0000001.2.R.20191101 - OK
Then tried to update two NVR with hardware version v2.0
from 3.215 to V4.000.0000001.2.R.20191101 - FAIL
both NVRs are in cyclic reboot.
On , is available the DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.000.0000001.3.R.20191129.bin firmware, brief test, I'm able (at least) to get the sub-streams, I've never been able with fw's 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2, only with previous 0.1.
