Today I was adding a new cam to my 5208-8p-4KS2 (the cams are on the network, same VLAN as the NVR, but not connected to the inbuilt switch), and I noticed on the OSD that it was showing ' total bandwidth/remaining bandwidth, the total is 88 Mbps ... Shouldn't be 320 Mbps ? This is with the new 4.0 firmware.

Was this update withdrawn or not? Andy’s links seems to have been removed.

Thanks!

Be carefully!!! No possible to downgrade!!!

DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_NP_V4.000.0000000.1.R.20190809.bin 49.8mb
Also have other ones, but I cant create vendor of our company so i cant share it here.

I was able to upgrade and downgrade between all versions of 4.0 back to v3.216 like 5 times. I had an issue with mine where the relay would start clicking by itself. So I had to downgrade. I know the documentation says it's not downgradeable...but that wasn't the case.

I have a NVR5432-4KS2

I wonder how useful is that comment? What about explaining how you did it instead of just claiming it? That would be an interesting post.

I also had issues with the first version of 4.0 release and was able to downgrade to the V3.216.0000006.0, Build Date: 2019-02-23.

I downgraded using the Setup - System - Upgrade and select 3.216 file and it worked no problem.

My NVR is branded Dahua DHI-NVR5416-4KS2

I'm hearing mixed feedback, is this stable. I'm on NVR5216-4KS2. Based on JimandYen it looks like Andy is still testing?

Take the v3.216 select it and click upload. For Christ sake, it’s not that hard. Just ask davahad.

MakeItRain- Did you still have the clicking from the relay after upgrading to the latest 4.0-1 firmware? I have the same NVR and the same relay cycling issue on 4.0
