@pbc Do you have admin rights to the Deepstack ALPR folder? There is a problem with install that puts the folder as read only.
Below are the settings that need to be changedOkay, still trying. Some of the things I've done:
- I went into the BI and DeepstackALPR directories and ensured they were not read only and all users had rights
- Reinstalled DeepstackALPR.exe (when I did this it gave me an error that NSSM could not run, maybe because it had already run?)
- Checked that the "file path.txt" file was being overwritten, it seems to be
- Checked that the service is running (this might be an issue, as quite often I will go check it and it says it is paused and I have to resume it?)
- The other possibly weird thing is that when I stopped the service, then ran the CMD commands (in Admin mode) it just hung at the below? Maybe because it was waiting for an image?

I missed that you changed the default port for Blue Iris from 81 to 911 make the below changeOkay, getting somewhere, looks like there is a 404 error showing up here which must be the culprit?
