I have been emailing support about my license multiple times over the last few months with no reply does anyone know why? Or can point in a way to get a hold of them.

Thanks
George.

I read ages ago that there were problems with some email addresses where the email wouldn’t get through, try sending an email from a gmail address.

I have been experiencing the same issue. I tried looking at My orders here and there weren't any orders listed at all??. I know I made at least 1 order Cuz I have the tools with IPcamtalk all over them LOL. The auto reply I did get from BI, said go to ecommerce.something? I would have to look that up. Any way They are a service like digital river. . They did a search for any transaction in every email I have and came up with NADA!! That answer sure is hard to accept when, I had copy's of other transactions with them (PP funds were used) Last place I have to check if my a Credit card was used.
Good Luck Mike/Ez

Blue iris is a one man operation.
The Email blue iris support within BI about tab only provides the BI email address and the required data to be sent.
I use my hotmail account to email BI support. I have tried to use my own personal domain to email support and it does not seem to work., I think the spam filter kicks it out on the receiving end.

You can not expect massive support on a $60.00 product.

I have gotten most of my technical questions answered on this forum.

You are confused. This forum has no affiliation with blue iris other than reselling the BI software. If you purchased blue iris from this forum store blue iris support would have no way of knowing that unless you registered the software. This is user error on your part. Dont blame blue iris support. You can easily find you ipcamtalk orders in the ipcamtalk store.

I tried the email support link but all that does is create a message on your clip board to past in an email. I will try to email them from another email account.

Yes and you need to paste that info into your email. Use a gmail account.

It was months ago, but I recall my emails were being rejected (with a robot reply from an email server telling me so) whenever I included an image in the email. And this was using gmail. I'll admit I haven't tried sending Blue Iris support an image since then so I don't know if that was ever fixed.

Pro tip: Anytime you buy a licensed product with a digital download, email yourself the the License key in a seperate email. Make reference to the name or version of the software in the email. Like I've emailed myself stuff like " Dell XPS 15"laptop Win7 Pro - XXXX-xxxx-xxx-xxxx- and so forth.....
or MS Win 10 Home lic: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-.....
then i can search gmail for them later when I need to find them.
as of late I have been cataloging software licenses on a USB drive attached to my PC.

I used hotmail last month and it didn't get through. Switching to Gmail worked
