Just go to the PTZ/Control tab, Edit Preset... and change the Name/Value to preset_1, preset_2, etc...

v4.2.2.6 = Problem fixed!!! :loyal: but... preset values still need to be setup manually as preset_1, preset_2, etc... in the Edit Presets option (easy fix).

Bi is using the OXML (generic) not Huisun Bi still need work to be done

2- Change preset value (ex. preset_1)
3- Click Go

1- Select preset 2
2- Change preset value (ex. preset_2)
3- Click Go

etc..

4- Click OK

With the camera I didn't set up manually as per djangel's method, I still have no PTZ. Can you let me know what the camera and PTZ selections should be please? I see there's no Huisun option under PTZ any more.
