No, just web into the ptz control and click on the "walking man".

Careful with preset 95 call up, you can easily turn the screen text into Chinese.

I will do a screen shot of preset 95 to show how to make the dome go to -10, that's probably the only setting that is worth messing with in there.

I activate Auto Tracking in preset 95, no works with walking man for me.
But it's not perfect at all yet.

Auto track works ok, click on the man, set the "tracking scene Set", save, then select on.

Most Preset 95 settings are available on the OSD, set tilt angle to -10 is only available on preset 95. Use the OSD arrows to navigate through the settings: Call preset 95, arrow down to Dome Settings, Right arrow then down to highlight ADVANCED, right, down to Tilt Angle, right, <0> up or down to -10, left, down to exit, right. All done.

There are a few other screens you can call up to do things like initialize iris (preset 236), and wipe the spiders off (preset 222).

Thanks! Unfortunately, this is what I was afraid of. All of these cams list shutter speed down to 1 second, but the slowest anyone seems to be getting is 1/30 (60hz) or 1/25 (50hz)...

zero support from the seller when reported. not sure if it can be corrected with settings

Are you running the additional tilt (-10deg)??
I find i get a bit of reflection when this is enabled.

Long shot here, but you didn't happen to see anything in there that could adjust the range of allowable tilt? That is, some kind of "stopper" that it hits at -10 degrees that prevents it from going any higher? I've heard of domes having this in the past in which they could be manually adjusted to change (or even increase) the range beyond the factory defaults.

The additional tilt isnt active via default....you have to modify it via the preset 95 (see previous page for instructions from radionerd)

You have to take out camera module. Should be somewhere on the Side of the camera module

cycle power ? what i must do exactly ? For the tool, i try, but sadp'doesn't see the ptz cam anymore.

Power is ok, cam init seems to be ok, not on any lan, not back in 192.168.0.99
