Calling presets on Hik-Connect App

Hi guys,

I have a Hikvision NVR, DS-7604NI-K1/4P. We have 2 hikvision cameras and two 3rd party PTZ cameras connected to it.
The PTZ cameras have a number of presets that we want to be able to call from the app.
Is there a way to do this?
I have read in the help page on the app that turning the screen sideways will show up a menu. This doesn't occur. Using an Iphone 8, so pretty new.
We are also having issues with connecting via IVMS4200 on a Mac, but that might be for another thread at somepoint.

Is your phone set to rotate some times it can be locked not to rotate?
As you said once rotated it shows the ptz functions and more

Thank you for the reply. I can rotate my phone and access the PTZ menu. From there I am only able to zoom and move the camera.
Where exactly is the preset caller meant to be?

It might not support a 3rd party cam I only have hikvision
