1. What is the camera model number
2. How are you powering the camera?
3. What are you using to access the camera.
4. Did you make or buy the Ethernet cable.

A starting point, Take the camera down, connect it to your network using a premade store purchased short cable. Use a wall wart to power it. Not POE
If it still not working Open it up and do a hard reset.

1. camera model number: DS-2CD2332-I
2. It worked on POE switch, also tryed 12/2A adapter, other POE (other cameras works without problems on same POE)
3. SADP, NVR, WEB browser
4. i tryed differend original cat5, cat6 cables

I did everything you said. I dissasembled it, camera has no reset power button inside.
I tryed it direct to computer, using SADP. It still has IR ON and after few secs it blinks and the same time ethernet goes down...then up also IR is ON. No way to access camera using browser, SADP.

Did you try to update the firmware on the camera ?
Is this a Chinese hacked camera ?
What is your PC IP address and MASK ?

With the camera plugin ping 192.0.0.64 that is the default IP address.

Is the reset button on the pigtail ?

No, it is original camera bought in European market, not chinesse copy. I cant get to camera, I cant see it in SADP, so I cant upgrade.

But now I realize that yes, it stopped to work after upgrade..it could get from chinesse market..but it was bought 4 years ago..so no Warranty...
is any chance to put there some firmware using TFTP or something like that?

It's still possible that a firmware re-flash with the tftp updater, or even the brickfixV2 tool (see my signature below) would bring the camera back to life.

It still has IR ON and after few secs it blinks and the same time ethernet goes down...then up also IR is ON
It sounds like it's in a bootloop.

I tryed this method:
R0 / DS-2CD2x32 BrickfixV2 brick recovery and full upgrade tool - enhanced.

I got stucked in connecting using tftp to camera.
Camera is connected to pc using ethernet cable, also tryed putting switch between, without succes. After starting hikvision tftp serv it shows stil the first line: tftp server initialized... and cant connect...ethernet in windows networks go cca after 5 sec in state disconnected after sec back...cant connect to camera..is any way to solve it?

Best to wire pc and camera separately to the switch, as you have have tried.
Also best powered by 12v and not PoE.
The IP address is ok.
Did you get a Windows firewall 'Allow' popup?
Check the windows inbound firewall rules that tftpserve.exe is allowed inbound.

I managed to get firmware to cameras, I have two bricked cameras. I tryed many firmwares, it show setup completed, firmware is transmitted to camera. Camera responds to ping during all the process, also after finish. Then I turn off the tftpserv app, but camera wont reboot. When I rebooted camera, I cant find it using SADP or log there using web browser. IR is still lighting, responds to ping on ip: 192.0.0.64..but cant find it using SADP, cant log there using web browser
Is possible tu put there different firmware?

Thanks a lot.

Did you try the brickfixV2 firmware and fixup / update method?
There is an EN and a CN header version.
It should work ok for that model.
