I have one camera (CD2132F-IS) that I have to reset the password for every couple weeks.

It doesn't touch the internet so hacking wouldn't be the problem. What else could be causing this? Is it dying?

UPnP is enabled on both router and camera... should they be off?

ShieldsUp isn't doing anything for me when I click proceed.

What type of router do you have ?
If it is an ASUS you should be able to use Parental controls to block the cameras from accessing the internet.
Some other routers may support mac address blocking.

Yes, I have asus router but my camera have a false gateway and no dns

and out of the 10 cameras only one does this

Dannie .. if you think of configuring a flash dns and gateway on a camera will keep it from calling home, you are dreaming. It can easily get the info from the local net.

You need to block traffic at the router. Assume that the cameras have poor / hacked software.

Cameras losing their passwords is 99.9999% of the time due to being hacked.

The remaining .0001% can be attributed to the earth’s geomagnetic sphere discharging a random EMP pulse which corrupts your camera’s flash memory.
