Camera suggestions for my entry areas

Looking for suggested Andy cams for 3 locations at my house
#1 is carport. The left cam is currently a stock Lorex 3.6mm.
The driveway light sometimes causes issues when a white truck parks below it
The right cam is a T5442T-ZE that I am happy with. (get another for the left?)

#2 is the front door. Stock Lorex 3.6
It is triggered by the tree branches blowing in the wind.

#3 is the back door. The numbers show possible mounting locations. I was thinking #1, but just see the top of the head. #2 might be better. #3 would eliminate interference from the light?

Remember to test the locations before you make a final commitment.

Recommend testing wearing a baseball cap and hoodie .. see if you can get a decent ID facial image from the locations.

If your existing cameras are still on "auto" for exposure settings you can easily improve that capture by adjusting exposure, exposure compensation, gain, brightness and contrast. That won't add audio but will help a lot.

You can never have too much light LOL.

With the correct camera and taking it off auto/default settings, you will get a great capture.

your drive way car port cameras are way to high, move them down to the support posts, 6 to 7ft up.

your front door need a camera pointing directly out, at about the door bell height.
Your current front door camera should be adjusted to point at the package drop area.

Hi @NorthBendDave just to let you know I've that same set up your talking about and while your able too tweak basic camera settings on the NVR you'll still need a laptop to access each cameras webUI to really fine tune them.

There is no web browser built into the NVR so to access the cameras you first have to login to the NVR webUI on said laptop preferably using internet explorer. Once logged in you can select the required camera and a further browser window will pop up allowing you to login and adjust it's settings.

Saying that i have been mostly fine tuning my set up using the silk browser on a fire HD tablet. It looks like all the options are available and they save ok when adjusted. The only thing that has been awkward on the tablet so far was setting up the privacy masking. I reverted to a laptop for that.

It would be equally be as awkward setting up IVS tripwires etc or anything that needs drawing but i haven't attemped this yet.
