Can POE Cables Go Underground?

I can not comment on the frost line issue cause down here, WTF is a frost line lol.
I assume the level how deep the soil freezes in winter time.
Here it is assumed if you go deeper than 60 cm it will not freeze. But we tend to get hotter climate and days with negative temperature (celcius area where 0 is freezing point ) get less frequent in winter time.

I recently talked to a representative at "Show Me Cables" and he said they can fabricate a continuous duplex fiber cable with a corrugated metal (Exterior Underground) middle section. i.e. No underground sheathing on the end sections that are to be inside the buildings on both ends that are not underground. ie 25' on one end, 25' underground, and 25' on the other end. This allows maximum flexability for routing the gable inside and around the equipment.

I do not have a quote yet. Stay tuned.
