Desktop pc, vista 32bit, not working. Laptop, windows 7 64 bit, working with androids.

I checked windows firewall on desktop, BI was allowed through.
Settings, i literally copied manually, i had laptop sat next to desktop pc monitor, hit ok on laptop and the feed just appeared.

post screenshots of both settings...are they both running the same version of BI?

On laptop, 64 bit windows 7, release 4.4.2.0 x64.
On desktop, 32 bit vista, release 4.4.1.3 w32

I just checked the same camera on both machines, exactly the same configuration.

Any ideas ?

update to the latest release on the desktop...fully disable the firewall and test.
