Cantonk 2.4MP Speed dome PT5AM22XH200

I noticed none of the speed domes in the Cantonk catalog are POE. Is that normal for Speed Domes?
 
I can't seem to set up port forwarding to view this camera directly from the internet. If I want to view from a browser without going through my NVR, which port service should I use? Mu options are HTTP, ONVIF, RSTP, Video and Record.
