Chinese New Year Commerce Shutdown

I learned something new and totally unexpected from another member on the forum here, in that the Chinese pretty much halt or at least slow to a trickle all business commerce functions for up to a month during their New Year celebrations. We're right in the middle of it now, of course.

Question please, when does Andy (Dahua seller) and the other ipcam sellers typically start coming back online here and processing orders for forum members who have requested so? Anyone got a handle on that?
 
Are you asking why Andy is working during his holidays?
 
I was talking to a seller on aliexpress and they indicated that it goes to Feb 5, so I would expect its back to business as usual tomorrow.
 
I think his question was when will Andy be available to start taking orders and process them? I have $800 bucks waiting to be spent and absolutely respect Andy's holiday. Just excited to get things rolling and waiting patiently. Enjoy your holiday Andy.
