CNR 2432 Network question

Yes it needs to be remote from any where in the hospital not from outside the hospital. the 20 cams or 30 cams was I already installed 8 analog on their existing system but their remainder of 17 hd ip cams 9 at one campus and 8 at the other campus I have not... the NVR,S I am using to do that are 32 channel 8 tb NVR,S. The competitor's NVR is plugged in to hospital lan, also plugged in to the 24 port poe switch where 5 ip cams are also plugged it, so this is where they are getting the poe for the cams not from the NVR but it may as you say have built in isolated network. that would be the only reason I could see it has 2 RJ45 ports in it. Thanks again for all the advise .....Brian

I just wanted to catch everyone up to speed. I used a NetGear 3400 router, and assigned a static ip to the wan port of the router with a 10.0.0.1 ip address and assigned the nvr with a static ip of 192.168.1 bla bla and port forward the nvr and all worked just fine....Thanks again for all your info...No need to a dual nick.
