Do I need to install something to get it to read the plate?

My current settings are based on Mike's most recent suggested configs listed here: Blue Iris and CodeProject.AI ALPR

And if you haven't done so, use CodeProject.AI Explorer UI to test license plate reading by uploading an image from your camera.

Yes, I did. I might try uninstalling the module and reinstalling since I installed CUDA after the module.

The OCR module is not need it is built into the ALPR module.

I have seen this before not sure what is causing it. can you open a command prompt and run nvcc --version then post a screenshot of the results

Everything so far looks setup correctly maybe the 3GB 1060 does not have enough memory, to verify if it is a memory issue try your 1080
