Configure camera settings

Hi everyone,

I have a DS-7616NI-K2 hikvision NVR and some DS-2CD2085g1-I cameras.

I was trying to configure some parameters of the camera like IR and image setting but many of them are available only when directly connected to the camera, not through the NVR camera config. Since the cameras are attached on the POE switch and are on a different subnet, I was wondering if there were e manner to configure them without having to be connected to the POE switch too.

The NVR allows you to configure a small amount of the camera settings, like brightness, contrast, motion area and so on. But when it comes to more specific parameters, there's nothing about it.

I've tryed with NVR interface, and with iVMS 4.2 software but nothing so far.

In the NVR web GUI, enable 'Virtual Host', and then use the link in the 'Connect' column of Camera Management.
This gives direct access to the NVR-PoE-connected cameras web GUI, via the NVR.

Network | Advanced settings | Other | Tick Enable Virtual Host.
System | Camera Management | Select the channel in question in the Connect column.
