Yes it stays paused even after a reboot. Unpause. Problem solved.

To be clear, are you speaking of the pause button that appears for each camera or a global one? All 3 cams are frozen, on the live screen (not playback or alerts). There is no pause on the live screen viewing unless I am misunderstanding you.

There is a pause button on the live screen view - top right. See help file.
The pause button requires a long press to prevent accidentally enabling it.

Fenderman, you were right on the money ! It was indeed paused ! I have no idea how it happened, I didn't even know about that feature. Blue Iris is so powerful with so many features that I only use the basics and am very pleased.
