After further review this appears to be two cameras in one. From the specifications.

"Dahua PTZ AI network camera adopts advanced CNN deep learning algorithms to support face recognition with high accuracy. The Dual 4MP Starlight Smart Capture Camera consists of panoramic camera and PTZ camera. Panoramic camera captures panoramas, and then PTZ camera takes detailed snapshots of objects and keeps tracking objects after rule violations occur. This camera possess wide monitor range and PFA algorithm that can always present a clear, focused image while zooming"

Just by looking at the specs, this camera is aimed more for a long distance panorama. The Panorama camera has a viewing angle of 6 mm providing a 57 degree FOV. That's not suitable for most home users IMOP, as it's way too narrow with that kind of viewing angle.
 
Made a simple testing, this camera, dahua also made a special manual book for this camera.
Here is the video, Channel 1 and channel 2 for 2 diffrent lens.
