Dahua NVR (chinese version) p2p issue

G'day friends,

I'm a home user located in Australia and got dahua CCTV system by a installer with the chinese version NVR + cameras.
My NVR cannot connect to DMSS app via P2P, but works fine if connect locally by IP address.
So the problem now is I cannot view the videos with external network, app notifications can be received but cannot be viewed either.
There is another app I found from Google Play called "EZIP" which allows me to connect via p2p and view the videos, but notifcation does not work at all.

I'm wondering if it's possible to make both the P2P and app notifcation work? like firmware flash or some other that I can try?

The installer didn't tell me the true difference between the two verisions, and refused my return request, I should google this earlier:(
 
You could try and contact the ACCC and see what they have to say?

Keep us updated I'd be interested if they can do anything.
