Dahua P2P Issues

I didn't follow the topic from the beginning, so I apologize, but see that you don't have a firewall enabled on both cameras?
If it is enabled, disable it and "maybe" that is the reason! ;)

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with my Dahua XVR. The problem is that my friend from abroad can't connect to the XVR. He has tried on several mobile phones but without success. When he scans the QR code and selects the device (DVR/XVR), he gets a warning that he must be on the same network as the XVR.

P2P is enabled, of course, the firewall is disabled, and the internet connection is good. I tried it on my phone, and it works on both mobile (3g, 4g/lte) and Wi-Fi networks.

In the past, he could access the cameras from his mobile phone while abroad, but the problem started a few days ago.

Thank you in advance.

Hello, I installed two dahua ip cameras. They are two additional to the one working.
Imagine that I cannot connect with those two new one via p2p from external internet. I just can’t understand why.

I use DMSS on iPhone. Updated.
P2P is enabled. Cameras are online.
Within wifi range both cameras can be added and works correctly.
When I switch off wifi and try connect from external internet, both claims I have a wrong user/password. Reset them like 3 times already. Can’t understand what is going on.

They are different models than the one working. Slightly different menu options. But I walked through each of them to set another two exactly the same as the one working.

Any ideas?
