DAHUA PoE camera does not power with Poe switch but powers with 12v adapter

No microSD storage so likely no hard reset button.
On PC with Config Tool assign the PC a static IP of 10.1.1.254, subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, no gateway needed and try locating the cams.

Can you apply a hard reset to the cameras?

Just want to say a big thank you Mr Tony you are really God sent. i have done a cold reset of all cameras and added them back through the Netgear POE switch. The default POE of the Dahua is faulty . God bless Sir for your efforts and assistance. My Regards
