Dahua SD10A248V-HNI with blue iris?

I have the Blue Iris demo loaded, I have tried the settings in this thread.
Zoom in/out within Blue Iris with Dahua IPC-HDBW4433R-ZS
I can see the camera but do not have PTZ control.
Anyone have any suggestions?

have you enabled the ptz settings in BI? what have you selected in the dropdown?
