Well no but I think I have finally solved the issues was cause camera to lose its IP.

..... Thanks. I have also checked the cameras physically and the model number is actually SD-6980P-HN, 1.3mp HD Network Speed Dome but the config tool sees it as SD65XX-HN. Now looking for that particular firmware, mine still acting up and they four in number

Well, I have 2 of these cameras, but a few months ago I had a daily disconnection, I did my best to solve the problem, but it didn't help, then I thought I had to check the power cable, so I found out that the power cable was weak so i changed it and now it works fine .

I have firmware, that i have marked as for SD6980C-HN, but take it as own risk, compatibility list inside says it is ok.
