I had to call my bank, and authorize the transaction. When using a credit card on AliExpress, it seems to take 24 hours before it's approved by Ali.
FYI - Only 4 left now. None on BEC.

hopefully the demand slows down a little or the supply speeds up a little. Eventually i would like to get a couple of these. One camera in my system , It mind as well not even be there at night.. Its so bad that i am ashamed of it.
Now that Hik is making models with the same sensor, I'm curious to see if they'll become as popular.

I plan on ordering 5 x HDW5231R-Z and a 8ch NVR from Andy. I would be using PoE switches to power the cameras so the NVR is just for the playback onto the monitor. Can someone please recommend a reasonably priced NVR without the PoE function. I intent on recording on the NAS and storage card for the backup.

They make a couple of 2MP and 3MP "Ultra-low Light" models, no "affordable" varifocal and you need to buy the dome model to be able to use a microphone- Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd. and Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.

Where else in the electronics world can you double the capacity of something for $10? That's a no brainier.
Do you only recommend buying from Andy or BEC? Both are out of stock, but I see plenty of other sellers on Ali with stock. Thanks.
You need to read the full product description and/or message the seller to figure out if it is actually in stock or not. Caught me the first time I made an order on AliExpress.
