I doubt this would actually cause a UAV to crash. At least not a modern one that is designed to be fail-safe and return to its home point if it loses connection with the operator. I would expect any expensive R/C toy without such features to probably use a much lower radio frequency like 72 MHz which would in theory be immune to this jammer.
Anyway these are tools for high-security compounds and stuff, not for consumers to troll their neighbors.
