( massive collateral damage tho, so not great in that way )
so far 100% success in blocking the Iranian to Europe Natural Gas Pipeline .. helps stop Iran from buying and arming more Hamas, Hezbollah, and Houthis.
ask a few questions :
1) Had Oct 7th attack by Hamas not happened, .. would Syrian Rebels have been able to take over Syria ? ( Israel weakened Hezbollah enough so they could not send troops into Syria )
2) Had Russia not re-invaded Ukraine .. would Russia had the troops to send to Syria ?
3) Had Asad not agreed on the Iranian pipeline, would the Sunni Arabs, Israel, EU, and the USA cared if Asad remained in power ? ( my guess, they would be OK with Asad as he was not planning to Nuke others )
Sorry, but the US just installed yet another radical muslim government that will slaughter god knows how many

On close inspection in Syria :
I do not think the USA has that sort of Power .. Iran, Russia had more power in Syria than the USA
Now with the power of Iran and Russia down, Turkey should have the most power over Syria
USA while it can influence Israel and Turkey, the USA has limited power here
Afghanistan, Vietnam, Cuba, Venezuela, and many more countries show the USA power is limited. Even Iraq shows that with all the might of USA, Iran ended up having more power in Iraq than the USA.

They also ceased Mount Hermon, the Golam Heights was taken as buffer zone in 6 day war 50 years back and now they took new area as buffer for the old buffer.
Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi and few more arab countries have condemned this move.
China and Russia now can take taiwan and Ukraine all the way to Kiev.
