Demo questions lagging

Yea blueiris dont add up with the settings i have in it. I have 20 fps on the clear encode and 15 on the fluent. But im only getting 6-7 in blueiris.

I also have a yellow exclamation mark beside the framerate in camera properites.

There can be many reasons for this. Are the cameras connected wifi or ethernet? What is the exposure setting? The cameras themselves can be adjusting to a lower frame rate...open the stream in VLC and check the rate..
