DH-IPC-HFW4431R-Z Setup

Hi there
Have recently purchased a couple of the following cameras DH-IPC-HFW4431R-Z.

The one issue I have is getting them to reliably work in IP Camera Viewer, they seem to connect and then disconnect the exact model number isn’t there.

In addition on surveillance station in the Synology NAS what model should be selected?

I don't have an answer for you w/your question, hopefully we'll see a reply here soon.

Thanks for that, have done a fair whack of reading the past few weeks, previously used Foscam cameras so know a little but you can never have enough knowledge so will check the links out for sure.
