DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000000.1.R.200319.zip

I am running the 200319 version and it works on my older 5432-16P-4ks2 hardware v1.0. There are still problems because the firmware is not very compatible with Dahua AI cameras. I was hoping that a new firmware release would fix the issues however the two new versions just listed will not load on my NVR. It starts but then gives a failed to update message. At least the attempt didn't brick anything.

I test on the V1 model, it works, so the V2 one still not test, let's wait some days, i already asked @Wildcat_1 making some testing this week

Guys, I found interesting comparisons, according to the manufacturer's information v2.0 has a reset button, can you check how it looks on version v1.0?
I have 5208-4KS2 bought in 2018 (2018-04 on box) is V2.0 and 5816-16P-4KS2E bought in 2020 - on the box date 2018-04
Reset button is probably K1 on the board

Will release the latest new one soon, we test on the V1 and V2 version, looks all ok. But for V1 version, still be careful before update it.

Just wanted to add to the thread for future readers, I have an NVR5216-16P-4KS2E (hardware v1.0 per the info tab haven't checked the physical board) and used the firmware file "DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000000.1.R.200319.bin" directly from Dahua's website and it upgraded fine from version 3.216. LOTS of new features and a MUCH nicer GUI. So far no issues. We'll see though. I'm considering doing a system restore just to give it a clean slate to start with on the new major firmware update.

Be interested in what version of hardware you have when verified.

Hmm, well I dont see a sticker anywhere, but there is a switch. Though my board looks different from yours due to the POE ports.

Welcome to the confused world of NVR5216-16P-4KS2(E). I hope Andy stops by and helps us out. I am not going to be much help because of the POEs obviously are going to be different. Does the new software report Ver 1 or Ver 2. I am assuming ver 1.
