I don't know what is the top speed of the drone that are in question, but in the recent year F-15 intercepted drones, using missiles or the main gun (drones from Syria, Lebanon and Iran).
 
Chain of command question....

Can a GOVERNOR order their state's National Guard resources to shoot down a drone? There are lots of National Guard air wing bases all over the country.
 
I'm told by someone who in theory knows, they can take them down with ease in a few seconds with lasers if they wanted to

This is getting way out of hand, you have dozens of drones; in that cluster 99% of the drones could be human-made; 1% ET in origin; this is one big cover up
